Config files are not deleted when the module is uninstalled

Problem/Motivation

After uninstalling the In Other Words module, the config files remain. If a sitebuilder wants to then re-install the module, it is prevented from doing so because an error arises stating that the config files already exist.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install and enable In Other Words module
  2. Configure a content type to use the In Other Words display on a field.
    3. Uninstall In Other Words module.
  3. Re-install the module.

Proposed resolution

Update the module so that it deletes associated config files when the module is uninstalled.
