Some characters not rendered correctly in subscribe links

Problem/Motivation

Some characters appear to not be rendered correctly in the text of the subscribe link.

For example, for a post titled “This is Janner's test post”, the text for the link to subscribe to comments is:

Subscribe to This is Janner's test post when it gets commented

On a related note, would it be desirable to wrap entity titles in quotations marks when displayed in these links? Personally, I think this would make the title stand out, which would be preferable for those cases when a entity title is such that the resulting subscribe link might be confusing.

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure DANSE to allow 1 or more types of subscription to a content type.
2. Create a new entity for that content type with an apostrophe in its title.
3. Navigate to the created entity and view the subscribe link.
