Some tests on Drupal 10.1.x are failing because of changed API

Problem/Motivation

I've figured out that some tests are failing on Drupal 10.1.x, while working well on 10.0.x and 9.5.x.

It's because 10.1.x has more strict types in some API, so we should invent something to workaround this with keeping compatibility with all versions in a single module version.

I've modified the code to work well with PHP 7.4 and 8.0 together, also added separate services lists for 9.5.x, 10.0.x and 10.1.x.
