Is it possible to go in reverse? Create a webform from an order?

Problem/Motivation

This isn't what you're doing with this module, but I thought I would ask here: is there an easy way to create a web form after processing an order? That is, the webform only becomes open after someone pays.

Thanks for any suggestions or ideas in advance.
