Project release for WIM remains unpublished

This release was marked as a security update without any coordination with the Drupal security team. The security team handles coordinated publishing of security releases, so this wasn’t published.

Since this is just updating a dependency for its security update, this release does not need to be marked as a security update. I’ve removed that and published it.
