layout_builder_styles is not compatible with context module.
When you try to add a new block in conext reaction and layout_builder_styles enabled you will get described error.
Install context, layout_builder_styles. Create a new context and add block reaction. Click add a new block, lookup for some block and expect getting ajax error.
