Problem/Motivation

npm errors out when installing (as does yarn) with the current package.json

* npm install works
* gulp works and has a working watch command
* gulp build works and builds out dist assets

note as per foundation you need to be using node 12 or 14. https://github.com/nvm-sh/nvm is a great tool for managing node versions and quickly switching between them.
