Views bulk edit broken (even) with hidden VBO field

Problem/Motivation

1. Place a bulk edit field and a VBO field in a view.
2. Temporarily disable VBO field by setting it "Exclude from display".
3. Use bulk edit and wonder why it doesn't work as expected ("No items selected" error).
4. Remove VBO field entirely to make it work again

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

If the field is excluded from display, it should not break regular bulk edit functionality.

#2162991: Operations hidden when 'Exclude from display' selected → is similar but vice-versa. I think it's correct to expect VBO to do nothing, if the field is hidden.
