Drupal\clear_field\Form\ClearFieldSettingsForm does not use the right Interface class for module_handler.
In combination with drupal/hook_event_dispatcher the clear_field settings form doesn't work cause drupal/hook_event_dispatcher injects a variation of ModuleHandlerInterface.
