The patch for issue: #3313342 failing on Drupal Core ^9.5.

Problem/Motivation

One of the patch provided by acquia_cms_common module is failing. Following is the patch url:

Could not apply patch! Skipping. The error was: Cannot apply patch https://git.drupalcode.org/project/drupal/-/merge_requests/3143.patch

Steps to reproduce

$ composer create-project drupal/recommended-project:~9.5 drupal && cd drupal
$ composer require drupal/acquia_cms_common
$ composer config extra.enable-patching true
$ composer update --lock

Proposed resolution

• Remove the patch and run PHPUnit tests.
• Verify if warnings are appearing during tests, then create a new patch as per Drupal Core ^9.5, update patch link and create MR.
• If no warning appears, safely remove the patch and create MR.
