I have reviewed and implemented the MR !1 provided by @alok_singh.
The MR! has been implemented successfully.
Test Result: Version Control & Base Theme are added in the info.yml file.So we can move it to RTBC+.

Version
base_zymphonies_theme:^3.0is compatible with Drupal 10 so no need to merge this MR.
