Can't print raw data by twig in the field (Rewrite results) of views

why do you need it? you can write you custom formatter to get custom value. if you want twig you can write a custom twig plugin.
BTW I guess your datafield is multivalued so it will return array you can try with implode (I think thats why it return array, maybe you forgot delta)
