WMS Authorization Issue

Hello all,

Problem/Motivation

When we want to connect a WMS service, it's possible when it doesn't require an authentication.

Proposed resolution

We should better use the WMS, with username & password authentication. This fields could be added on "Add map layer" page, under the "URL Template" field.

I guess that, this feature must be handled by Leaflet More Maps → , as written on the README.md file.
