Adding the t() function to make sentences translatable in the "User translate Interface"

Problem/Motivation

Congrats on the project!
I realized that there are some sentences that isn't using t() function so for international sites the CMS editors aren't able to translate using "User translate Interface"

Steps to reproduce

Open the "User interface translation" at admin/config/regional/translate
Search by expression: Links to user account pages
Result: It won't to be translatable

Proposed resolution

We can use the t() to make it translatable on this case. It'll solve the issue
