When enable the permission "View People List" the user whom has the permission can access the users list (/admin/people)
However, the field for User status and Last access cannot be viewed.
1. setup a role, example role A
2. give the role "role A" the permission "View People List"
3. setup a user and give it the role "role A"
4. view the page /admin/people
the field status and Last Access Field display as usual
