Improvements in the hook_help with the "How to use"

Hello everyone. As said in the other issue this is very useful and is helping a lot. I'm using a lot so for this reason I'm giving a small suggestion ok?

Problem/Motivation

In the hook section admin/help/expand_collapse_formatter usually is a place to access to get some information about the module but we found only one line with the description. It's ok but on that case the users that installed already know the description because was there in the drupal.org. So on this page would be nice to have some instructions about "how to use", because the content editors (CMS users) will open this page.

I was able to get the info on README but usually the CMS editors don't have access in the code so I think will be nice if we can provide a section with "how to use" for them
