Views mini pager wrong with pagination pattern

Problem/Motivation

There is a problem when displaying a views which uses the mini pager and there should be no pager.

Steps to reproduce

Create a taxonomy term.

By default, when displaying the term page, core list the related elements using the view admin/structure/views/view/taxonomy_term which uses a mini pager.

As you have just created the taxonomy term, there is no related content. So there should be no pager displayed.

Current behavior the current "1" button is displayed.

Proposed resolution

Investigate if some conditions needs to be added in the pagination pattern or variables should be manipulated in the views mini pager presenter template before calling the pagination pattern.

Remaining tasks

Provide a fix.
