Hi,
You should be able to select languages from this page:
/admin/config/regional/google-translator
(Under the Languages configuration section)Hopefully that helps.

Hello Lisa,
Thanks for your response. I think those instructions are for a different Drupal version. My version is 9.x.
When I go to Google Translator settings, I don't see an option to enable languages (please see attached images).
I did enable Arabic and French in Language settings. The selector only shows Spanish and Portuguese.
Is there a file I can edit to manually insert the languages I need?Thanks

I am also on Drupal 9 and module working as accepted.
Steps to add Languages after install this module.
- Navigate to google translation page from configuration > Regional and language > Google Translator Settings
- After open Google Translation page, click on "LANGUAGES CONFIGURATION. CONFIGURE THE LANGUAGES AVAILABLE TO YOUR SITE."
- Now choose languages and save.
If still languages options are not listing then check status report for the error.

@ravi kant,
Thanks for the information. My issue is now fixed.
There was a warning about iFrame resized. I don't if that was the cause, but I fixed that issue, deleted the block and recreated it.
Everything works fine. - Status changed to Closed: works as designed
