Problem/Motivation

CSV Serialisation has a 3x branch for D10, and a 2x branch for D9 as explained here 📌 Automated Drupal 10 compatibility fixes Fixed and committed here 🐛 CsvEncoder::encode must be compatible with Symfony\Component\Serializer\Encoder\EncoderInterface::encode Fixed

Proposed resolution

Create a new 2x branch for D10 compatibility and remove D9 compatibility from it.
Remove D10 compatibility from 1x branch
