How can i create a double_field like this with HTML editor?

That screenshot was made on Drupal 7 site with Double Field 2.x and Bueditor → .
You need to attach the Bueditor library to the textarea manually.

Note that jQuery tabs formatter was removed in Double Field 4.x.
