Field Entry Form on comment flag generates Error Call to undefined method Drupal\flag\Entity\Flagging::getCommentedEntityTypeId()

Problem/Motivation

I only discovered this today, but apparently ever since Drupal 9.5, I get this error when creating or editing a flagging on a comment:

Call to undefined method Drupal\flag\Entity\Flagging::getCommentedEntityTypeId()

This only happens on a flagging that uses a Field Entry Form.

Steps to reproduce

Spin up a Drupal 9.5 site on simplytest.me and add a flagging type to a comment that uses a Field Entry Form. Drupal 9.4 and under do not experience this issue.
