Extend getPrivateMethod and callPrivateMethod to work with static functions

Problem/Motivation

Now getPrivateMethod() and callPrivateMethod() works only with class instances, which makes it impossible to work with static classes. Will be good to extend them to make them work well with static classes and their functions.
