Create hook_update to update the label of paragraph type on sites that already is using ebt_carousel

Problem/Motivation

We did an implementation at ✨ Update paragraph type label to be standard with all other ebt projects Fixed with the label using the EBT prefix. It's good but on this case we also need to create a hook update in order to adjust it for all people that is already using ebt_carousel

Implement a hok_update_N to load the paragraph type, update the save the label
