Patch in composer.json does not apply

Problem/Motivation

A code change in Inline Entity Form causes the patch in composer.json to not apply.

The issue is: Changes are lost when collapsing a paragraphs subform including an inline_entity_form 🐛 Changes are lost when collapsing a paragraphs subform including an inline_entity_form Needs work

Proposed resolution

Update patch so it applies and change composer.json to new version.
