Problem/Motivation

Having issue when adding a new section with Varbase Layout Builder
with a leftover deprecated drupal_get_path('varbase_layout_builder') function.

Proposed resolution

Change to \Drupal::service('extension.list.module')->getPath('varbase_layout_builder')
