"site.path" service no longer existing in D10

Here a patch replacing the service with \Drupal::getContainer()->getParameter('site.path')

Original core issue #3259024: Remove deprecated 'app.root' and 'site.path' services → .

I've checked Drupal core 9.3.x and it is already using new `\Drupal::getContainer()->getParameter('site.path')` call and we are stating that current bs_base dev is compatible with 9.3 and up so we can commit this and continue supporting both D9 and D10.
