The layout builder entity form overlaps the footer

Problem/Motivation

The layout builder node / entity form is positioned fixed instead of sticky, causing it to cover the footer. In case of sites with very small or non-existent footers, this will cover the last section, making it unusable

Proposed resolution

Make the form sticky instead of fixed one.

CSS styles were added to make layout builder entity form sticky. Be aware, that sticky position does not play nicely when parent element adjusts overflows e.g. .page-wrapper and just stops working.
