Hi everyone, I tryed to override configuration from my local settings.php but I noticed that they aren't shown in the configuration form.
I used smtp module approach to recreate the same flow with the patch I'll add later. After it being applied, configurations are shown in the form and fields are disabled.

Configuration overrides are never visible on forms.
