install login frequency and upgrade status module .
Run this command drush upgrade_status:analyze login_frequency

    Patch #3 resolves all issues except for:
    Value of core_version_requirement: ^8 || ^9 || ^10 is not compatible with the next major version of Drupal core. See https://drupal.org/node/3070687.

    This is obviously not a requirement since the issue is for D10 compatibility.

    Hence, moving to RTBC.
