Issues which have reached "RTBC" status (and which have nothing to do with ckeditor) are being automatically set to "Needs work" by the test bot on account of frequent-seeming problems with ckeditor tests.

It's quite frustrating manually correcting the issue status only for the same thing to happen again, and I presume this is being echoed across any number of other issues.
Can someone please look into these test failures, and maybe remove the tests until they can be made reliable?

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
Rereading this today, I see this is really a support request. We can now tag issue with, "no-needs-review-bot" and the review bot will not test this issue. Also, significant progress has been made in fixing the random fails such that I think this issue has been fixed.
