"Choose Your Services" section on config page (/admin/config/services/sharethis) is broken. "Selected Services" and "Possible Services" boxes are each shown twice, and within each one, services are listed multiple times. That's in FIrefox 111.0 (see attached screenshot). In Chrome 110.0.5481.178, the selection boxes are gray and there's a textbox above them with services listed multiple times.
Drupal core 9.5.4. Go to "Choose Your Services" section on config page (/admin/config/services/sharethis) try to change services. Note the tiny button in the scroll bar on the top "Selected Services" box. If I remove services from the list, then save, the duplicate options appear again, as if they haven't been removed. The chiclets also appear multiple times on each node where they are displayed.

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
I still see this issue on Drupal 10, I attached a fix to solve the problem, not sure if it's the best solution but it works.

The patch in #12 applies cleanly and works nicely with 3.0.x-dev.
It clears up the problem.
FWIW I'm no longer seeing this issue with the current (3.1.0) release and no patches installed.
