Alter hook for interest groups

Problem/Motivation

The module has the possibility to integrate with merge vars and interest groups on in the configuration of the webform handler. The module has the possibility to alter the merge vars with custom code but not the interest groups.

Proposed resolution

Provide a hook_mailchimp_interest_groups_alter for the interest groups as well.
