\Drupal\automatic_updates_extensions\Form\UpdaterForm should use ComposerInspector instead of ComposerUtility

It's now failing much later, on

    $this->assertUpdateTableRow($assert_session, 'Alpha', '1.0.0', '1.1.0', 1);

But it's not clear to me what this is actually testing … so un-assigning and asking for review.

Hopefully @phenaproxima knows how to finish this one :)
