Provide the help sessions for the editor users using the ebt_bootstrap_button at CMS level

Problem/Motivation

I was adjusting the field as required and I saw that for now we don't have a help section for the editors in the CMS with the explanation about how to use the ebt_bb. Currently the users can read the README and the drupalbook is also available so I think is a good idea to have a area in the CMS for help section where the end users can go and and see how it works as editor and is a place where we can put the link for the drupalbook that will be the official documentation of ebt
