Send all user selected region data to CFn template

Problem/Motivation

Gather all the autogenerated project ids, username, passwords and selected regions. Build a Json object of the data, and send it as parameters in the CFn template.

The CFn template will execute a Drush command to pick up the data and create `Cloud Service Providers`.

    @yas, please review this patch. This patch sends all the user selected regions to CFn. CFn will then use a Drush script to add those regions as cloud service provider.

    @yas, I've appended this patch to add the following

    1. A submodule called `facade_remote_worker`.
    2. In it, there is a drush command that create CloudConfigs when it runs.

    I intend for the drush command to run durning CFn creation. This will add the user's new regions into Cloud Orchestrator.
