Add functionality to reorder and remove referenced terms

Thanks for a wonderful module!

Based on a migration of a site from D7 to D8+, our clients would like the ability to easily reorder, and remove items.

We know that you can remove items by selecting none, but that isn't very intuitive.

Reordering, similar to Drupal core's draggable functionality would be a welcome solution.
