Group menu links leading to another UI language

Problem/Motivation

When I view the menus of the group at '/group//menus' and I click the menu name or the edit/delete option, I'm taken to other UI language. This causes issues if I want to add a menu item by clicking the menu name there and then the UI language is changed, causing the default language of the to-be created menu item to be wrong too.

Steps to reproduce

Have atleast two languages enabled in the site, ie. English as default and Finnish as second. Have a group with a menu in it and navigate to '/group//menus' using the non-default language as active UI, so for Finnish we would go to '/fi/group//menus'.

Hover over the menu name and operations and see that they would take you to the English UI or whatever your default is.

Proposed resolution

One solution could be to add in GroupContentMenuListBuilder.php the current language object as option to the links.
