Fix the form states for the checkbox "custom hover colors" to show/hide the fields "Hover Title Color" and "Hover Background Color"

Problem/Motivation

Currently there is a form states to show/hide the fields "Hover Title Color" and "Hover Background Color" based if the field "custom hover colors" is checked or not. I saw that this form states isn't working and is because the logic is based on field name. Perhaps the name was updated one day and isn't working anymore/ To fix that we can define an #attribute with a specific class for this field and create the #form states based on thisp
