Permissions should include the entity type

The permissions are currently: "repeat any [bundle]" which is not flexible enough as it is missing the entity type.

This changes it to what most core/custom entity types have:

"repeat any [bundle] [entity_type]"

The label is now "%type_name: Repeat any %bundle_name"
