YML of configuration files for blocks and fields is missing at config/install folder

Problem/Motivation

The configuration YML files for Blocks and fields is missing inside of config/install folder. Maybe this one is expected for now since the new stable release is in progress, so for this reason the issue as "Task" just to keep track on that and remember us to commit this when is possible

Export configs
Remove uuid
Commit into config/install micromodal folder
