A non-visual user is not getting the same information a visual user

Problem/Motivation

WCAG 1.3.3. A non-visual user is not getting the same information a visual user is getting from the key. A visual user can see the shapes in the key and compare this to the shapes in the content model, however there is no programmatic way to do this for non-visual users, nothing is being announced when focused on these to say an element is "content" or a "file", etc.
