Avoid memory limit issues with reduce of item processed per batch run

Added patch with quick solution with setting $limit = 100 to $limit = 5 in ConvertBundlesForm.php

Updated quick fix patch to apply on 2.0.x and recent releases again.

This code change looks good to me and works fine. Let’s get this merged, shall we?
