Avoid memory limit issues with reduce of item processed per batch run

If you try to convert a big amount of entities via convert bundles batch process you run into PHP memory limit issues.

Reduce items which are processed per batch run or make limit configurable in ConvertBundlesForm.

Updated quick fix patch to apply on 2.0.x and recent releases again.
