Add devel mode to help troubleshoot issues

Problem/Motivation

It would be nice to have a devel mode in order to help troubleshoot issues with importing content. Currently when importing content through the UI I see some items get created, updated, and skipped, but I do not know which entities these are.

Proposed resolution

Add a checkbox to the settings admin page - /admin/config/development/dcd
When enabled (with devel enabled as well), importing through the UI will render a list of items that are created/updated/skipped, see image below.

    I think that the patch needs some adjustments for 2.1.x. At least it should be tested again.

    Made an MR to 2.1.x, tested on local and it is generally working, but needs review. Also, we need to think if it is required since we have verbose output now since 2.0.x-dev
