Offering to co-maintain Drupal Code Quality

The Git hooks provided by Drupal Code Quality provided a good starting point to reduce the burden of reviewing non-compliant code for my client. I have contributed many of the improvements that we made and would like to continue to help keep this project up to date.

Here is a list of improvements I have submitted or am working on:
