As of now you can't modify modal popup title separately from the widget open button as they both reuse the same config value link_text. I would like to have those separated.
1. Create a new entity browser instance
2. Select modal display plugin
3. In display plugin settings you can only set dimensions of modal, link text and auto open browser
4. Create an entity reference field for any entity you like
5. On form mode config tab select entity browser widget and configure it
6. On Entity edit screen click on Select entities button (default title), you will see the same title in Modal dialog header
I think that would be a good idea to add a simple text field on display plugin config right below the Link Text one and use it on modal open.

Display plugins
There is an added option "Make modal draggable" - to enable/disable the possibility of dragging the modal window of the entity browser.
None of the patch worked for me. If im not wrong the issue is regarding this modal pop ?
