Offer to maintain Responsive and off-canvas menu

Problem/Motivation

This module needs a D10-compatible release. I'm using it on a project that would like to upgrade to D10. There's a lot of usage, and the fine folks in the #d10readiness initiative are trying to help adopt projects that aren't yet D10 compatible to help get out a release. I recognized this project on the list, and since I knew I'm using it, figured I'd volunteer to help.

I know I haven't directly contributed any code to this project yet, but hopefully my d.o profile shows you I'm a competent and careful coder, I'm a subsystem maintainer for parts of core, and, having built all the d.o release management tools, I'm very familiar with responsible releases for contrib projects. 😅 Thanks!

Proposed resolution

Add me (dww) as a (co)maintainer with full rights to push code, make releases, and edit the project page (to tweak automated test settings).

    (Sorry for the noise, I guess officially "co-maintainer" and "maintainer" have different meanings. I'm asking to be a maintainer, with full rights, so I can actually get releases out. 😅)

    Hi dww, it would be a pleasure to have you aboard as maintainer. I've been struggling to keep up with the module as I'm no longer sponsored to work on it.

    There is a work in progress branch which brings compatibility with the latest mmenu library. It would be great to get that working as well as the D10 release.

    I'm currently on holiday but back next week so will pick things up with you then.
