Problem/Motivation

Attempting to create a Drupal Core 10.0.3 test site at simplytest.me and receive an error message.

Steps to reproduce

Go to simplytest.me, install Drupal Core 10.0.3.

Proposed resolution

Something is wrong from the server side? Want to make sure admins are aware of this issue?
