Problem/Motivation

As suggested in the last meeting (see 🌱 Meeting minutes 2023-02-15 Fixed ) and referenced in 📌 Set PHP 8.1 as minimum requirement Fixed we want to skip the 1.2 release and go for 2.0 instead, which not only upgrades the code base to PHP 8.1 but will also Drupal 10 only.

Since nobody objected for the last week and a half, it sounds like this is good to go.
