Add missing options to the Smart Payment Buttons styling form

Problem/Motivation

Paypal's Smart Payment Button have some adittional options that are missing from the button label field in the paypal_checkout plugin. These options are:
Button Color:

• white
• black

Button Text:

• donate

The donate button text also affects the user experience and button labels inside the paypal popup window.
