Field "active" section acepting non-numerical values

Problem/Motivation

In the ebt_tabs we have the field "active" that in the logic should be numerical, is used parseInt in the JS code. But in the CMS is accepting any letters and special chars. Just to be consistent we can set the field in the Form API to accept only numers and with that the editors will always save the correct data
